Scott Crider - 15u National Black HC

Bio:
Scott grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Arsenal Technical High School. In 2010, his family relocated to Valparaiso, where I continued my education, earning a Master’s degree from George Washington University in 2015. This year marks his eighth year as a coach, during which he has had the opportunity to work with players from elementary to high school levels across multiple sports, including basketball, baseball, soccer, and softball.
While he is passionate about basketball at the high school level, he believe player development at the youth level is equally important, as it lays the foundation for long-term success. Currently, he serves as the head coach for the Middle School boys basketball team at Victory Christian Academy. He also coaches the 219 Elite 16U team and have recently taken on the role of head coach for the 15U national team. Additionally, he manages regional teams that compete in various shootouts through my Region Squad Premier team.
As a coach, he wants to bring a unique perspective to the game, with a strong focus on mental toughness. he expects my players to approach the court with a battle-ready mindset, willing to push themselves beyond their perceived limits. His goal is to help each athlete discover untapped potential in their game, fostering both their physical and mental development.
